The 2005 Gold Proof Five Pound Sovereign is one of the most significant modern issues in the Sovereign series. For this special year, the Royal Mint commissioned artist Timothy Noad to reinterpret the classic sovereign reverse. His bold design features a heraldic-style shield of the Royal Arms, replacing Benedetto Pistrucci’s timeless St George and the Dragon for the first time since 1989.

If an item is returned for reasons other than being not as described, return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.
