Sovara Coins Ltd Terms & Conditions

The sovaracoins.com website is owned and operated by Sovara Coins Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using this website and/or entering into any transaction with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and the content of our website at any time without prior notice. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Any contract entered into pursuant to your use of this website shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

You must be 18 years of age or over to use our services.

1 – Prices, Payment & Pricing Errors

All prices displayed on the website are live and reflect prevailing market conditions at the time of listing. Prices for orders under £50,000 are generally fixed at the point an order is placed, subject to verification and availability.

Due to the volatile nature of precious metals and collectible markets, errors may occasionally occur, including typographical errors, technical faults, incorrect market data or stock inaccuracies. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time prior to dispatch, even if payment has been authorised or taken. In such circumstances, a full refund will be issued and we shall have no further liability.

A contract for sale is not formed until we have issued confirmation and dispatched the goods.

For online orders exceeding £50,000, prices will be confirmed by email and payment must be received within 48 hours of confirmation. We do not accept telephone orders.

Accepted payment methods include debit card (subject to limits), online bank transfer and bank transfer. We do not accept prepaid cards. Payment must be made from an account held in the purchaser’s own name. Payments split across multiple individuals are not permitted.

Card payments may be authorised at the time of order but will not necessarily be captured or settled until internal checks are completed. We reserve the right to cancel an order and reverse any authorisation prior to dispatch.

2 – Delivery

A valid delivery address must be provided at the time of order and must match the cardholder’s address for card payments. Goods will only be dispatched once payment and verification checks are complete.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We cannot accept liability for deliveries made to houses of multiple occupancy or work addresses once the parcel has been signed for or confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received and delivery has been confirmed by signature. We are not responsible for postal or courier delays beyond our control. In the event of non-delivery caused by us, a full refund or replacement will be offered. No liability is accepted for market price movements in such cases.

Pre-order items will be dispatched only once all items in the order are in stock. We do not part-ship orders.

Non-receipt must be reported within 14 days of dispatch. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and supported by photographs. All parcels are packed under camera.

3 – Orders & Contract Formation

All orders placed via the website constitute an offer to purchase only. Acceptance of an order occurs only once the goods have been dispatched or explicitly confirmed by us in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order prior to dispatch for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock availability, verification requirements, duplicated or automated orders, or internal security concerns.

Due to market volatility, orders cannot be cancelled under distance selling regulations once placed.

4 – Collection

At our discretion, customers may be permitted to collect items in person. For security reasons, our address is not publicly disclosed.

5 – Cancellation & Returns

The right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations does not apply to our products due to price dependency on financial market fluctuations.

Where cancellation is permitted, a cancellation charge of 3% of the order value will apply, together with any loss arising from market movements. This applies to in-stock, pre-order and special order items.

Failure to provide required identification may result in cancellation and applicable charges.

Returns are accepted only in accordance with statutory rights. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Coins must be returned in their original condition. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or misdescribed.

We do not accept returns for bullion, proof, pre-owned or collectible coins due to milk spots, toning, packaging condition or cosmetic presentation where the coin meets its stated description.

We are not responsible for the condition of mint-provided packaging, capsules, certificates or presentation materials supplied by third parties.

6 – Fraud Prevention & Identification

We reserve the right to request proof of identity and address to satisfy anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements.

For transactions over £5,000, or cumulative transactions exceeding £10,000 in any calendar year, photographic ID and proof of address may be required regardless of payment method.

Information supplied may be shared with fraud prevention agencies and is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Mobile phone bills are not accepted as proof of address.

7 – Liability

We will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our services. We do not provide financial or investment advice.

Once ownership has passed, we accept no liability for the goods.

8 – Graded Coins

Where coins are sold as graded, the grade and description are those assigned by the named third-party grading service (e.g. NGC or PCGS). We do not guarantee that a coin will achieve the same grade if resubmitted and accept no liability for differences of opinion between grading services or subsequent re-evaluations.

9 – Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, natural disasters, banking system failures, transport disruption or telecommunications outages.

Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.

10 – Selling to Us

Any indication of pricing provided by us constitutes an invitation to treat only and not a binding offer. We are under no obligation to purchase any items sent to us.

All quotations provided via email, message or phone are valid for 48 hours from the time they are issued. After this period, any offer may be revised or withdrawn without notice to reflect changes in market conditions, including but not limited to movements in gold prices and collector demand.

All items received by us are opened, weighed and inspected under full video recording for security and verification purposes. By sending items to us, you agree to this process.

We reserve the right to:

• Decline to purchase any item for any reason
• Revise an offer following physical inspection if the item differs from the description provided
• Report any suspected counterfeit, altered or stolen items to the relevant authorities
• Retain any such items if required to do so by law enforcement or regulatory bodies

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all items sent are:

• Accurately described
• Authentic and legally owned
• Free from any third-party claims or encumbrances

Where an offer is declined, return postage costs are the responsibility of the seller. Items will only be returned once the applicable postage cost has been paid.

Risk remains with the seller until items are received by us. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and tracked delivery service when sending items.

Payment for accepted items will be made once:

• The items have been received and inspected
• The seller has formally accepted our offer

Payment will typically be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by the seller.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay in transit where items are sent to us without appropriate insurance or tracking.
